Good Sex Leads to Good Health and Well Being
Thursday, 10 Oct 2009
A new study has proved that a satisfying sexual intercourse can keep women in good health. An international team has found that better sex is linked to good health for women. Women who get fulfilled in the bedroom also have "positive wellbeing" and "vitality". The study, based on 295 women, aged between 26 and 65, who have sex more than twice a month, also found that frequent sex did not always result in the sexual satisfaction necessary for overall better health.
Lead author Sonia Davison of Monash University said: "We wanted to explore the links between sexual satisfaction and wellbeing in women and to see if there was any difference between pre- and postmenopausal women."We found women who were sexually dissatisfied had lower wellbeing and lower vitality. This finding highlights the importance of addressing these areas as an essential part of women's health care, because women may be uncomfortable discussing these issues with their doctor."
Men who are not able to satisfy their women sexually because of problems like erectile dysfunction should consult their doctor and take erectile dysfunction medication like Levitra. If you want to keep your women healthy and happy you need to fulfill her sexual requirements.
